Microsoft names Ensynch ‘West Region Partner of the Year’

Tempe-based IT Firm Awarded for Breakthrough Work in Identity and Access Management
TEMPE, Ariz.—July 14, 2005--Ensynch Inc., the Southwest's leading provider of information technology infrastructure services, announced today that Microsoft presented the company with the “2005 West Region Partner of the Year for Competency” award at the annual Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, held in Minneapolis on July 8, 2005.
Criteria for the award were based on exceptional expertise or competency shown by a partner in a specific industry, vertical, solution, or segment. Ensynch won top honors within the 13-state West Region of over 1,000 partners for its innovation and level of service to Arizona businesses using Microsoft products.
“This award is the culmination of a yearlong partner awards program that we implemented at the beginning of our fiscal year,” said Matt Pease, Microsoft Vice-President, West Region. “Ensynch’s achievements truly distinguished themselves from their peers this year across the West Region and their award is one of only seven key awards that were presented at the Worldwide Partner Conference for the West Region.” Ensynch received the award based on developing an industry-first method of using Microsoft’s Identity Integration Server along with Ensynch methodologies to migrate users from legacy platforms to a new consolidated infrastructure. Ensynch’s innovation, creativity and value saved the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) significant dollars in implementation and migration. Additional consideration leading to Ensynch’s selection was based on their being a partner that continually seeks ways to improve customers’ businesses, partner with Microsoft and other partners and to improve customer operational efficiency.
