The primary purpose of this site is to be a dynamic resource and business tool to help you benefit from the solutions and expertise we offer.. We want you to feel secure when visiting our site and are committed to maintaining your privacy when doing so. The extent and type of information we receive from you depends on what you do when visiting this site. The following information provides an overview of how Ensynch protects your privacy during your visit.

What information do we gather and how do we use it?
If you visit our site to read or download information, such as news stories or articles, much of the information we collect -- such as the domain from which you access the Internet, the date and time you access our site, and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site -- is statistical only and not personally identifiable. We use information about the number of visitors and their use of the site in aggregate form to make our site more useful and attractive to you.

Another way we collect information is through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files of information which save and retrieve information about your visit to our site - for example, how you entered our site, how you navigated through the site, and what information was of interest to you. The cookies we use identify you merely as a number. Most browsers now recognize when a "cookie" is offered, and permit you to refuse or accept it. If you are uncomfortable regarding cookies use, please keep in mind you can disable cookies on your computer by changing the settings in preferences or options menu in your browser. If you are not sure whether your browser has this capability, you should check with the software manufacturer or your Internet service provider.

We also collect very limited personal information when you voluntarily submit it to us. Such personal information may consist of, but is not limited to the following: name, address, current job title, phone and/or fax numbers, and email address. This information may be collected to provide you opportunity to register for an event or conference, order a white paper, or participate in an online survey. It also may be collected in order to enable us to respond to certain inquiries for further information, to distribute requested materials, or when visitors decide to submit resumes. If you send us a resume to apply online for a position with Ensynch, we will use the information provided to match you with available opportunities. When we collect personal information from our visitors, we will notify you as to why we are asking for information and how this information will be used. It is completely up to you whether or not you want to provide it. If we intend to use your personal information to tell you about other Ensynch services, we will tell you so and give you an opportunity to decline to receive such communications.

We also analyze this information in aggregate to determine what is most effective about our site, to help us identify ways to improve it, and eventually, to determine how we can tailor Ensynch.com to make it more effective. We may also use data for other purposes, which we would describe to you at the point we collect the information.

Will we share this with outside parties?
As a rule, Ensynch will never sell, release, or give any visitors' information to any third party without first notifying that visitor and receiving explicit permission and approval.
